Operation Administration Officer

  1. Job Responsibility

  • Follow up project visit
  • Register project site, corporate company, architecture and design company, condominium, construction company, recreation place such indoor-outdoor mall, public garden, outdoor gym
  • Report sale progress and project, update status such as visit, explain, follow up, close sale
  • Collect and create information for Director during the meeting
  • Track department budget
  • Source and purchase the project required; spare part and tools locally
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
  1. Job Requirement

  • Ms Office
  • Associate Degree in Business
  • At least one (1) year of work experience
  • English proficiency, fair reading, writing, listening, speaking
