Return and Exchange Policy

The products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refund is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings as below detail:

  1. Within 7 days, customers can return and exchange the same products back in case:

-The product has to be brand new and unused with the price tags attached with the original receipt -The product itself has problem with technical issue ( return to the store); it has to be brand new and unused with the price tags attached with the original receipt. If the maintenance team, check and cannot do, toys and me will responsible and exchange.

  1. Within 7 days, the exchange other products and the condition can be applied if
  • the product has to be brand new and unused with the price tags attached with the original receipt
  • Customers exchange with the same price or with higher price

 

  1. Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that the goods do not conform with these terms and the order, please let us know as soon as possible after delivery. Subject as set out below, we may ask you to return the goods to us at our cost and once we have checked that the goods are faulty, we may: (a) provide you with a full or partial refund; or (b) replace the goods; or (c) repair the goods   Several types of goods are excluded from Return and Exchange policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to baby products, teeters, consumables, slime, doh. etc.  Blind packs or collector game products are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable. All clearance items or promotion items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable. Toys and me is unable to refund or exchange items that do not meet the above criteria.

RETURN PROCESS

For online purchase customers, customers can follow the instruction as below:

  1. fill in the return form in our website;
  2. Customer can also return the product(s) to the store only at Toul Tom Pong Branch

In store purchase: return the purchase products(s) to the store. Toys and me is unable to refund or exchange items that do not meet the above criteria. “RETURN FORM
